Leila d’Heurle recently graduated from The City College of New York with a Master degree in Sustainability in the Urban Environment and also holds a Master degree in Business Management from the Institute of Economics and Management Science (IESEG) in Lille, France. She has been an Architect and Design Manager for Toto for five years, where she is responsible for developing and delivering sustainability training classes certified by AEC’s professional associations. She was previously involved in International Trade Consulting in Architecture and Design as a Project Manager. The experience of living in diverse countries has undeniably generated a passion and concern for sustainable development. Life in Morocco, Brazil, France and the USA has made her acutely aware of the shared challenges of our societies and the imperative need to address climate change through adaptation strategies.
