Elizabeth Purnell is a 2019 graduate of Fordham University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Sustainable Business and Social Innovation. While studying abroad in London, Elizabeth worked with Karl Schultz at the Higher Ground Foundation and began her career in climate change adaptation. She has worked in many aspects of sustainability, including recycling systems, stormwater management, and food waste mitigation. As a dedicated environmental advocate, Elizabeth is excited to further her knowledge of climate change adaptation by supporting the A-L team with her research, writing and communications skills.
