Christopher DuMont is a sustainable development professional with extensive experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research.In his climate adaptation work, Chris has a special focus on the urban context and as applied to water sources. He has advised innovative public-private partnerships in Africa, worked on sustainable forest conservation in Asia and supported GIS analysis of global urban extent growth. Working at the United Nations, he contributed to the 2019 United Nations Global Sustainable Development Report and he advised the United Nations Natural Resources Forum. Chris uses his multidisciplinary knowledge and a comprehensive approach in his analyses and recommendations. He holds a Master of Urban Planning degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
